OBJECT OF THE GAME

To chip away all bricks, hit all holiday bonus targets (while avoiding all penalty targets), and let Santa Claus (alias Kris Kringle) deliver his toys and goodies. (All this while humming Kringle Bells.)

SCORING

A complete game of Kringle Bricks has 20 levels. To get a perfect score, you must remove all bricks and hit all available bonus targets at each level. Try not to let the ball exit through the chimney until you have accomplished this. (When the ball exits the chimney, you will automatically be taken to the next level.)

BRICK VARIATIONS

Not all bricks are created equal. As you proceed through each level of Kringle Bricks, you'll notice that certain customized bricks will make your competitive life easier or harder. Here's what to expect when your ball hits these bricks:

Room Brick — Worth 1 point.
Teleport Brick — Takes your ball unexpected places in a hurry.
Splitter Brick — Doubles your balls (and your pleasure).
Goo Brick — Lose 1 point. Holds your ball a couple of seconds, then releases it with capricious randomness.
Fire Brick — Burns up your ball and consumes a portion of your scoring arsenal.
Super Brick — Nothing bad happens to your ball for 10 seconds. (Then reality returns!)
Xtra Brick — Gives you an extra ball. (You'll need all the balls you can get.)
Speed Brick — Your ball goes into whiz mode.
Slicer Brick — Your ball slices through room bricks for five seconds.
Dizzy Brick — Ball moves erratically for 10 seconds.
Coal Brick — Whether you've been bad or good, your ball moves with the speed of a heavy lump of anthracite (as long as you don't lose it).
Dynamite Brick — Boom! . . . your ball blows up multiple bricks at the same time.
Paddle Extender Brick — Your paddle gets wider (proving again that size matters). Lasts for the remainder of the level or until you lose a ball!
Light Bulb Brick — Your screen darkens and things get a bit murky for the remainder of the level.
